Position Summary
The MRO Sales is a customer-facing position and is responsible for client engagement and service. This position is also responsible for identification and pursuit of opportunities to expand the customer base by obtaining new commercial and DoD customers.

Essential Functions Statement:
  • Prepare maintenance proposals upon customer requests
  • Prepare proposals from various maintenance tracking programs
  • Consistently maintain quota for proposals generated and capture aircraft maintenance, repairs and inspections
  • Follow up systematically on all leads provided and capture data on owners and pilots and input in the CRM database
  • Strong focus on growing our customer and vendor relationships
  • Prepare work scope package once a proposal is captured to include signed work order authorization, deposit and completed checklist
  • Share pertinent information about the owner and project in morning huddles, and introduce customer to his assigned Service Manager
  • Assist with sales and marketing strategy to include cold calling campaigns
  • Work closely with the VP, Director of MRO to capture and schedule aircraft in for maintenance
Competency Statements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship building
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Willing to work weekends when required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Experience
  • Corporate turbine powered aircraft knowledge of Gulfstream, Global, Challenger, Falcon, Hawker, Lear, Citation, King Air, HondaJet and other types of corporate business jets.
  • Bi-lingual
  • Avionics background a plus

Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates largely in an office environment but may be required to work in a manufacturing or hangar setting as needed.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with daily working hours Monday through Friday. Hours and may vary in accordance with business needs.

Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance.
Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
